Pre Order Policy

PRE ORDERS

• Stocks are limited, and may have an allocation cut from our suppliers. If your order is not included in the first batch, we will fulfill your order with subsequent restocks of the same item.
  • We will try to match the Pre-Order price as much as possible. If there will be vast pricing difference on the subsequent restocks, however, if an agreeable term is not reached with the client, a refund will be made equal to the amount paid.
  • Another option is to convert the paid amount to store credits in which the amount will be used as an initial payment to the replacement product.
• Payment is strictly non-transferrable and may only be refunded with the same amount paid, if the item will no longer be fulfilled by the supplier.
• Strictly no cancellation of order. We will fulfill your order as much as possible.
• No order exchanges once Pre-Order is placed.
• We will honor your Pre-Order placement once payment has been placed. No payment means no reservation.
• ETA is ESTIMATED Time of Arrival and may change due to various reasons. You may message us for updates.
